How to Order

Browse the selection of books we have by clicking the subject headings on the left. Click the "Add to Cart" button to add a particular title to your Shopping Cart.

When you are happy with the contents of your Shopping Cart, click the 'Checkout' button to proceed to the Delivery and Payment pages.

Fill in your contact details and click 'Proceed', then you will be presented with the Order Confirmation page. Check that everything is correct and click 'Pay Now'.

You will be transferred to WorldPay's secure payment page. Choose your currency and payment method to proceed. Enter your card details and finally click 'Make Payment'.

Your payments are securely handled by WorldPay, the world's leading payment service provider and part of the Royal Bank of Scotland Group. We can accept the following payment methods:

Delivery

UK buyers receive items by second class post, all others by printed paper airmail.
 

Returns

Books can be returned to us within 7 days of the receipt/invoice date provided the books are unopened and the seal has not been broken. You will receive a full refund minus the cost of postage and packing.
 

Defective items

You can return a book if it is defective in any way. Please inform us by email to sales@sportsbooks.ltd.uk within 28 days.
 

Incorrect items

If we have supplied the wrong book please contact us on sales@sportsbooks.ltd.uk within 28 days.
 

Delivery charges

The cost of returned books will be refunded to you, but please note that the delivery charges can only be refunded if the return is a result of our error or if the product is faulty.
 

Refunds

Please note that refunds will only be paid to your card, and cannot be paid in cash.
 

How to return an item

Please re-package books securely and include a copy of the receipt. The return address is:

We recommend that you use an insured or registered mail service or courier when sending items back to us as we are unable to refund for items which are not received at our premises.
 

Cancelling an order

You must take reasonable care of the items and must not use them. Please note that cancellations under these terms can only be accepted within 7 working days of delivery. When you have cancelled your contract, you must return the items to us so that we receive them within 7 working days of your cancellation of the contract. You will be responsible for the cost of delivering the books back to us, unless we delivered a book to you in error or the book/books were faulty. Once we have begun the delivery process, you cannot cancel any contract you have with us for any services we have already carried (i.e. postage and packing).
